Returns

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as personal care products, undergarments, or custom-made items may not be eligible for return. These exclusions will be clearly mentioned in the product description.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order.
